First of all, we are sorry that you have problems with X-Setup Pro. X-Setup Pro uses only system components that are included in ANY Windows edition since Windows 98.
However, since there are millions of possible configurations, we have created this check so you can be sure that X-Setup Pro works the way you expect it.
If we wouldn't perform this check on start-up, you possible would see "strange" effects or even crashes when using X-Setup Pro.
All links inside this file are redirects using http://www.x-setup.net/. This is necessary since the URLs often change and you would properly get a lot of "404 File not found" Errors when trying to download some of the components.
Using these redirects, we can always keep the URLs up-to-date and point you in the right direction. Non of the links inside this file will be used to track you in any way!
The easiest way to get all components for X-Setup Pro is to perform a complete installation of Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or upward. Microsoft Internet Explorer can be downloaded for free from
http://www.x-setup.net/go?goID=1056
If you prefer not to install Internet Explorer, this will be no problem. All the components you need are also available on a stand-alone bases so you can use X-Setup Pro without Internet Explorer.
The noted BPL file is missing. It is included inside SETUP.EXE, so simply reinstall X-Setup Pro to get this file again.
If you do not have the current installation files, you can download them from

If the error persists after a fresh install, delete the folder where you installed X-Setup Pro (e.g. C:\Program Files\X-Setup Pro) using Windows Explorer and re-install again. In some very rare cases these files are locked so SETUP.EXE can't overwrite the existing files with a new version.
If you still receive an error after doing so, please contact support:

If this is of no help, the file maybe has been deleted. Start SETUP.EXE which should copy this file and register it again.
